Damaged Items

Hero Lash offers a 14-day return policy for defective or damaged items, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you are concerned that you have received an item that is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

Contact us at support@herolash.com and send a photo of your item(s) that arrived defective or damaged along with your order number.

Hero Lash will review the defective or damaged item(s) and will determine if you will are eligible for a refund or replacement of the identical item. If the item is out of stock, a similar or like item will be chosen. 

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note, original incurred shipping costs are non-refundable.
