Hero Lash knows you're going to love your lashes but just in case there's an issues we offer a 14 Day Money Back guarantee!

We will accept returns, exchanges or refunds for defective, damaged or unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order and meeting the conditions below.

14 DAY MONEY BACK CONDITIONS:

- Request must be made within the 14 day window and approved for return/refund. 

- Product must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. 

Hero Lash ensures that our customer’s safety and wellness is our top priority and due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to return opened and/or used product. 

HOW TO PROCESS

- Submit your request in the Contact Us page, include your order information and the reason for your request.

Refunds: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note, any shipping cost are non-refundable and the customers responsibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance/special offer items or gift cards.

*Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you are concerned that you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. 

Hero Lash will review the defective or damaged item(s) and will determine if you will are eligible for a refund or replacement of the identical item. If the item is out of stock, a similar or like item will be chosen.
